The following questionnaire is the most important tool you have in increasing the value that Juliet can deliver to your group. The more she knows, the more she can hit a home run and make you and your meeting a success.
 
Please also send and/or email us any printed info that can give Juliet a better feel for the present perspective and needs of your group. You should provide copies of the Meeting Agenda as well as any promotional materials related to the meeting.
 
In addition to this questionnaire we request that you forward a short
(5 question) survey to as many of your attendees as possible. This allows us to see issues from an in-the-trenches point of view and is very helpful in customizing. Juliet will send you a link to an online site called Surveymonkey for this purpose.
